Terms and Conditions for Real Cambodia Tours
Booking and Payment (Alex this needs to be checked by Silong too)
1.1 To book a tour with Real Cambodia Tours, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the tour.
1.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
1.3 Real Cambodia Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 If you need to cancel your tour, you must notify Real Cambodia Tours in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
· 30 days or more before the start of the tour: 20% of the total tour cost
· 15-29 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total tour cost
· Less than 15 days before the start of the tour: no refund
2.2 Real Cambodia Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political unrest. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
2.3 Real Cambodia Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to tour cancellations or changes, such as flight or hotel costs.
Tour Itinerary and Changes
3.1 Real Cambodia Tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or road closures.
3.2 Real Cambodia Tours is not responsible for any missed activities or experiences due to changes in the itinerary.
Health and Safety
4.1 Real Cambodia Tours prioritizes the health and safety of its clients. Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour and must inform Real Cambodia Tours of any medical conditions or concerns.
4.2 Real Cambodia Tours reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are deemed unfit to participate in the tour due to health or safety concerns.
5.1 Real Cambodia Tours is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
5.2 Real Cambodia Tours is not liable for any damages or expenses incurred due to changes in the itinerary or tour cancellations, such as flight or hotel costs.
6.1 Real Cambodia Tours strongly recommends that clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the tour, such as illness, injury, or trip cancellations.
7.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, before the start of the tour.
7.2 Real Cambodia Tours is not responsible for any expenses or delays incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
8.1 Any disputes or complaints must be brought to the attention of Real Cambodia Tours during the tour. Real Cambodia Tours will make every effort to resolve any issues in a timely and fair manner.
8.2 Any disputes or claims not resolved during the tour will be governed by the laws of Cambodia and resolved through binding arbitration.
